Our Refund Policy & Freshness Guarantee

We at The Coffee 69 are enthusiastic about coffee, and we want you to enjoy each and every cup you brew using our products. We guarantee the quality of our Nescafé, Moccona, and other coffee options. We are here to assist you if, for any reason, you are not entirely happy with your purchase. In order to guarantee a fair and open procedure for all, this policy specifies the requirements for returns and refunds.
1. 14 Day Return Window
From the day you receive your order, you have 14 days to return it. We are unable to provide you with a refund or exchange if 14 days have elapsed since your delivery.
2. Eligibility for Returns
Please make sure the item satisfies the following requirements in order to be eligible for a return:
- • The product needs to be in the same condition as when it was delivered, unopened, and unused.
- • The coffee packet needs to be in its original, sealed container.
- • The original receipt or other proof of purchase is required an email confirming your order is ideal for this.
3. Non-Returnable Items
We are unable to accept returns for the following items due to concerns for everyone's health and safety:
- • Any coffee packets with a broken seal or that have been opened.
- • Items that were returned after the 14-day period.
- • Promotional items or gift cards.
4. Process for a Return
To start a return, please follow these simple steps:
- • Contact Us: Send an email to support@thecoffee69.com with the subject line "Return Request - Order #[Your Order Number]." In your email, briefly explain why you want to return the item.
- • Our Response: Our customer care team will check your request and reply within 2 to 3 business days with instructions on what to do next, including the return shipping address.
- • Shipping the Item: After you receive our confirmation, package the item(s) carefully in their original packaging if you can. Ship them to the address we provide. You will need to cover your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are not refundable.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
We pack your order carefully. However, we know that mistakes can occur during shipping.
- • If your coffee arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@thecoffee69.com with a photo of the damaged product and packaging. We will send you a replacement at no extra cost or issue a full refund, depending on your preference.
- • If you receive the wrong product, please let us know right away. We will send you the correct item and provide instructions for returning the incorrect one, including a prepaid shipping label when applicable.
6. Receiving Your Refund
As soon as your returned item is received and examined, you will obtain an email notification as to whether or not the we have received it. You will be issued a decision of approval or rejection on the refund application.
- • If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (Ex: your credit/debit card or Bank Transfer) within 5-7 business days.
- • Please note that it may take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
